MOUNT FOREST – The Wellington Heights Secondary School (WHSS) drama club presented an original jukebox musical titled Any Time, Any Place from June 5 to 7.
There was also a matinee for elementary students from Victoria Cross Public School and Arthur Public School on June 5.
This original, student-driven and student-created production was written and directed by Grade 12 student Rebekah McDougall.
The production was supervised and organized by WHSS drama teacher Charlotte Ristich, along with parent volunteer Amy Timberlake and vocal coach Theo Tams.
Any Time, Any Place was an original story about life, love, friendship and the mistakes along the way, set in a diner run by Flo, who delivered tough love with a side of fries to her patrons.
After Flo’s group of “regulars” graduated high school, they were welcomed back to the diner 15 years later for a reunion filled with laughter, tears and some important life lessons.
