Walk it for Parkinson's
Group walk - The first annual Wellington Dufferin Walk-it for Parkinson’s was held in Fergus at the sportsplex on Sept. 7. About 100 walkers came to support the cause and about $20,000 was expected to be raised for the Parkinson Society Southwestern Ontario. Besides the walk there was a barbecue set up by M&M Food Market and an auction table. The walk went around the sportsplex grounds and was designed to be comfortable for all walking abilities.
