Vehicles entered, man charged
On Feb. 18 at about 4:30am Wellington County OPP received a report of a male entering unlocked vehicles on Schmidt Drive here.
Police say officers arrested a male in the area who was in possession of property and cash taken from vehicles on Lynwood Place, Eastview Drive, Schmidt Drive and Carrol Street.
Phillip (Phil) Doucette, 29, of Arthur, was charged with trespassing at night, theft under $5,000, obstructing police, failing to comply with a recognizance and failing to comply with a probation order. He was held for bail.
