U of G hosts beef field day
GUELPH – The University of Guelph is hosting a field day Oct. 2 at the Ontario Beef Research Centre in Elora. The event will begin at 5pm and end around 7pm with a free pizza dinner.
It will feature guest speaker Christine O’Reilly from the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, who will be speaking on carb loading soils.
Dr. Eric Lyons, Dr. Kim Schneider and Dr. Katie Wood will be presenting their research findings on the topic.
