Tyke 2 lacrosse team picks up win

The Centre Wellington Mohawks Tyke 2 team picked up another win recently after defeating the Guelph 3 team 6-1.

The game, played at the Elora arena on June 20, was a disciplined affair with Guelph registering the lone minor penalty assessed in the game.

But it was the Centre Wellington team that led in the only category that mattered in the game - scoring. The Mohawks handily defeated their opponents from the south 6-1.
