Town of Erin hosting 'telephone town hall' on March 26

ERIN - The Town of Erin will host a "telephone town hall" on March 26 to answer COVID-19 questions from local residents and businesses.

The town is one of seven lower-tier municipalities in Wellington County to declare a state of emergency on March 23 in response to the coronavirus.

On March 26 from 7 to 8pm, the town is offering a question and answer period with Erin staff and Mayor Allan Alls.

Those wishing to participate can do so by calling 1-855-756-7520 ext. 57734#.

Town officials say the municipality will issue a reminder call to residents on the evening of March 25.
