Tournament gold

On Feb. 9 the Centre Wellington Novice/Atom 12 Grey team traveled to Mount Forest where it captured gold in the Mount Forest Atom local league tournament. On the way the team beat Mount Forest 9-4. Then in game two it won a nail-biter shootout in the 10th round, 6-5 against Dundalk. Finally the team played Shallow Lake for a hard-fought 5-1 win. Team 12 would also like to congratulate CW Novice/Atom 13 Purple, who won the B championship.                    Submitted photo
