The Big Flush: Don"t be a party pooper
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Centre Wellington is excited to roll out The Big Flush – a fun campaign to support their growing six mentoring programs which serve over 150 Centre Wellington children every year.
“We have a few bedazzled full-size toilets that that will be circulated throughout the community by members and businesses.” Jade Crawford, Big Brothers Big Sisters’ summer placement student explains.
“This is meant to be all in fun to support Big Brothers Big Sisters of Centre Wellington and we hope the community does just that – have fun with it, don’t be a party pooper!”
How does one get the potty and participate in The Big Flush? First, the potty must be sent to someone.
That person then has follow the Potty Rules: one can send the potty to someone else for $50, have them remove the potty from the premises without sending it to someone else for $75 or even better, send the potty to someone else with a guarantee that it won’t ever come back to you for $100.
The Big Flush will be running from July 24 to July 28 and all donations will be 100% eligible for charitable tax receipts.
The Big Flush can be followed on the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Centre Wellington Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages.
Followers will be able to see who got off the pot and who was a party pooper.
Organizers suggest it may give individuals an idea on where to send it, should it land on their doorstep!
