Suspended, uninsured
On Jan. 16 at about 7am Wellington County OPP officers responded to a vehicle collision on Sideroad 19.
Police say a vehicle damaged a hydro pole, causing slight delays in traffic.
Donald Frederick Willard, 67, of Fergus, was charged with driving while suspended and driving without insurance. He is to appear in Guelph court on March 7.
The vehicle was seized for seven days as per statute.
