Sliver Medalists
The Grand River Mustangs Atom C team won the Lower Lakes west division championship against Wilmot to move on to the Lower Lakes championship in Oshawa on April 3. Grand River won their first game against North York which fowarded them to the gold medal game. It was 0-0 after 3 periods and then a 5 minute overtime. With no results in the overtime, there was a shoot out where Grand River was beaten by Ingersol. Grand River came home with the Silver medal. A very big day for Grand River Mustangs Girls Hockey.
