Sept. 12 shredding event to benefit local Crime Stoppers
MOUNT FOREST – Crime Stoppers Guelph Wellington is hosting a Sept. 12 shredding event in support of the local Crime Stoppers branch.
The event runs 9am to noon at 381 Main St. N.
A banker-size box of paper costs $10.
Republic Services is handling shredding services.
Acceptable materials include: white/coloured paper, file folders, window envelopes, newspaper, catalogues, magazines, books, blueprints, drawings, photos, lottery tickets, receipts, credit cards, ID cards and giftcards. Staples, paperclips and soft folding tabs can be left attached.
Fabrics, binders, plastic book covers, metal bindings, bullnose paper clips, large rolled paper material, and hard plastics cannot be processed.
