Victoria Park Seniors Centre here is hosting its 7th annual free one-day Active Living and Retirement Show on March 28 from 10am to 2pm.
The public is invited to connect with a variety of organizations and businesses that specialize in services for seniors such as: housing, travel, health, volunteer opportunities, support services and recreational activities. Guest can enjoy:
– free refreshments;
– seminars such as Understanding Ontario’s Tax Credits & Benefits for Seniors;
– GreenSaver Program for free energy saving programs;
– Top 10 Myths about Hearing Tests and Hearing Aids;
– fitness demos such as zumba, standing pilates and Nordic pole walking;
– chair massages;
– displays with over 40 exhibitors;
– door prizes; and
– grab bags at the door.
Victoria Park Seniors Centre is located at 150 Albert Street West in Fergus. All ages are welcome.
