Senior centre hosts active living show
Victoria Park Seniors Centre is hosting its active living and retirement show on March 28 from 10am to 2pm.
It is the seventh year the centre has hosted the event.
The show is expected to attract 40 exhibitors dealing with a variety of retirement topics, including health and wellness, fitness, recreation, travel, support services, housing, financial and volunteering.
There will also be free chair massages and fitness demonstrations and seminars.
The event is sponsored jointly by the Older Adult Centres’ Association of Ontario and the Ontario Seniors’ Secretariat.
