School closures, bus cancellations: Advertiser website
Winter weather arrived quickly, causing several bus cancellations across the county in the first week after the holidays.
Parents looking to receive the latest News on bus cancellations and school closures can now visit the Advertiser’s home page and click on the “Schools & Buses” tab.
That will take visitors directly to the home page of Wellington-Dufferin Student Transportation Services (WDSTS), the consortium in charge of buses for the Upper Grand District School Board and the Wellington Catholic District School Board.
The WDSTS page features up-to-date notices for bus cancellations and school closures for the four regions in its catchment area, three of which include portions of Wellington County.
