Erin man dies after school bus, car collide head on
ERIN - A local man has died from injuries sustained when a car and school bus collided here on Aug. 15.
Emergency crews responded to a collision on Wellington Road 124 near 6th Line west of the village of Erin, at about 5:30pm. It was reported that a silver sedan and a school bus collided head on.
Wellington County OPP officials say a male in the sedan was transported to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries. A female in the sedan was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the sedan, Brandon Adams, 21-years-old of Erin, was transported to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries and later died. A female in the sedan was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The lone female occupant of the school bus was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
