Service in Palmerston – Royal Canadian Legion Palmerston – Frank Lambier Branch 409 held a Remembrance Day service at the local cenotaph on Nov. 11.Attendance at local services was mostly confined to Legion members and other ceremony participants, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
