ReMax collects hats and mitts for youth
FERGUS - The team at ReMax in Fergus is collecting new hats and mitts for children and youth in Centre Wellington. All donations received by Dec. 23 will be donated to the Community Resource Centre for distribution.
“We did it last year for the first time and we did really well,” said Samantha McLeod, a realtor with the firm, located at 782 Tower St. S. in Fergus.
Items can be deposited in a donation bin outside the office. This allows people to drop off items when it suits them, rather than during business hours, McLeod said.
Anyone looking to donate but can’t get to the bin can call the office at 519-787-0203 and arrange for pick-up.
