Police seek vandals who spray painted Fergus cars, homes

FERGUS – Police are asking for help to identify the person(s) responsible for damaging homes and vehicles here last week.

Wellington County OPP officials say that sometime between 11pm and 6pm on Oct. 28/29 someone spray painted graffiti on garage doors and parked vehicles in the area of Woodhill Drive and Elizabeth Crescent in Fergus.

“Security footage captured a suspect in the area wearing a dark ski mask, dark long-sleeved shirt, grey pants, white socks, and sandals,” police stated in a press release.

Tip providers may be eligible for a reward from Crime Stoppers of up to $2,000.
