GUELPH – Police here continue to search for a man who has been missing for over a month.

Charles Rudd, 58, was last seen at a business in the downtown area of Guelph the evening of Dec. 15. He was reported missing two days later.

Police say Rudd is described as a white male, 5’10”, 150 pounds with unkempt grey hair.

“Police do have concerns for his wellbeing,” states a Jan. 14 press release from Guelph Police Service.

“Many residents have asked via social media about joining organized searches for the male. Guelph Police Service officers have conducted extensive searches at areas Mr. Rudd is believed to have attended, but there is no specific location at which a public search can be organized.

“We appreciate the public’s concern and desire to help.”

Anyone with information can contact Detective Constable Scott Biser at 519-824-1212, ext. 7131, or sbiser@guelphpolice.ca or Detective Constable Brendan Campbell at ext. 7177 or bcampbell@guelphpolice.ca.
