Police beat: Trespassing charge
WELLINGTON COUNTY – Two people are facing criminal code charges after driving their ATVs on private property without permission.
On July 6 at about 9pm, Wellington County OPP received a report of two ATVs being operated on private property.
“The ATV operators also caused damage to the property while driving on it,” police stated in a press release.
Aaron Frederick Attwood and Vaughan Abel McIntyre, both 22 and from Cambridge, have been charged with mischief (destroys or damaged property) and entering a premises when prohibited.
Both are to appear in Guelph court at a later date.
