Police Beat: Rockwood driver, Guelph business charged
FERGUS – On April 15 at about 2pm a Wellington County OPP officer initiated a traffic stop on a commercial vehicle on St. David Street here.
The driver, a 29-year-old from Rockwood, was charged with driving a commercial vehicle with an improper licence.
A Guelph business was charged with allowing a person with an improper licence to drive a commercial vehicle and with having an overweight vehicle.
Disqualified driver
FERGUS – On April 17 at about 10:15am a Wellington County OPP officer initiated a traffic stop of a white pickup truck on Albert Street here.
James William Fetterly, 61, of Guelph, was charged with driving while disqualified.
