Police beat: ATV stolen

WELLINGTON NORTH  – On Aug. 2 Wellington County OPP received a report of a stolen all-terrain vehicle (ATV) from an address on Line 8 here.

“The ATV was parked beside the complainant’s shed and was stolen sometime over the weekend,” police stated.

The ATV is described as a 2011 black and yellow Can Am 800.

“The Wellington County OPP want to remind residents to report any suspicious activity or incidents to police immediately,” police say.

“Your information may help to interrupt a potential crime, help to identify a crime trend, suspect, or prevent further crimes.”
