ERIN – An Erin man is in life-threatening condition after he was struck by a vehicle here early on Saturday morning.

Wellington County OPP officials say emergency crews responded to the scene, on Wellington Road 124 west of Erin, at about 5am on June 15.

"Initial reports indicated that a white [SUV] collided with a pedestrian on Wellington Road 124 between Wellington Road 125 and 3rd Line," police stated in a press release.

A 21-year-old man from Erin was transported to a trauma centre with life-threatening injuries.
