Passing the torch in Puslinch

At a Feb. 7 council meeting Puslinch Mayor Dennis Lever said, “we are very fortunate to have Karen Landry, our new CAO here. Most of you [in the chambers] have already met her.

“Karen comes to us from the Town of Caledon.”

Lever also commented on her experience with other municipalities.

“We’re very much looking forward to Karen joining us.”

He added “I can’t thank Mrs. [Brenda] Law enough. She was part of the interview process all along.

“Her original retirement date was Dec. 31, but she’s been very gracious and stayed on through this transition.”
