Outdoor fire ban lifted across county

Fire departments across the county have cancelled the outdoor fire ban, effective July 31.

The ban affected the townships of Centre Wellington, Guelph-Eramosa, Mapleton, Puslinch, Wellington North and the towns of Erin and Minto. If dry conditions become a concern in the future, another outdoor fire ban may be required.

- Guelph Eramosa Fire Department, 519-824-6590;

- Mapleton Fire Department, 519-638-2949;

- Minto Fire Department, 519-343-3735;

- Puslinch Fire Department, 519-821-3010;

- North Wellington Arthur station, 519-848-3500; and

- North Wellington Mount Forest station 519-323-1441.
