Ontario safe boating course is being offered on May 2
This Saturday at the Centre Wellington Chamber of Commerce information centre on Tower Street, people can come to learn safe boating practices and earn their pleasure craft operator’s card.
As of 2009, all boaters in Ontario must pass a course in order to be able to operate a power boat.
The course runs 9am to 2pm.
It will review regulations and safe boating practices. Registration in advance is required. Call 519-658-7536.
