One person airlifted to hospital after crash near Arthur
SUV, pickup collided at intersection of Wellington Road 109, 3rd Line
WELLINGTON NORTH – One person was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries following a two-vehicle collision east of Arthur on Monday morning.
Emergency crews responded to the crash, at the intersection of Wellington Road 109 and 3rd Line at about 8am.
Wellington County OPP officials say the crash involved an SUV and pickup truck.
“One individual was transported to a local hospital and then airlifted to an out of county hospital with serious yet non-life-threatening injuries,” police stated in a press release.
“No charges have been laid at this time.”
The intersection was closed for about two hours.
