One dead, three injured in two-vehicle crash in Guelph-Eramosa
GUELPH/ERAMOSA – Police are investigating a two-vehicle crash here on Sunday evening that left one person dead and sent three others to hospital with serious injuries.
Wellington County OPP officials say emergency crews responded to the crash, at Wellington Road 32 and Fife Road west of Guelph, on Oct. 16 at about 6:30pm.
Police say a sedan and pickup truck collided on Wellington Road 32 and "one occupant of the sedan was pronounced deceased at the scene."
The OPP later identified the dead occupant as Hema Priya Loganathan, 38, of Cambridge.
Three other occupants of the sedan were transported to a trauma centre, police added.
