Official mural unveiling Nov. 10
Wellington North Mayor Ray Tout is hosting an official unveiling of the new mural here at 11am on Nov. 10.
The mural, painted by artist Cliff Smith, is located on the north side of the Sussman’s building and celebrates the community theme of Canada’s Most Patriotic Village.
The celebration will include the mayor and council, members of the Arthur Legion colour party, members of the mural committee along with the Arthur Lions Club hosting a barbecue.
The mayor is inviting residents to join in the celebration and tour the local archives to learn more about the village’s history.
