Passed away peacefully at Louise Marshall Hospital, Mount Forest, on Friday, April 25, 2025 in his 65th year. Beloved husband of Bonnie Wilson (née McDougall) for 41 years. Dear father of Paul Wilson and his wife Amanda, Christopher Wilson and his wife Brenda, and Raymond Wilson and his wife Alyssa. Loving Grandpa of Kaysha, Chloe, Olivia, Avery, Amelia, Ethan, William, Brooklynn, and Violet. Kent will be missed by his siblings: Mabel Rodgers, Annie (Larry) Thomas, Glenna Wilson, Linda (Bill) Smith, and Harold (Lorna) Wilson. Survived by many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents Gilbert and Margaret (née Sivill) Wilson, brothers-in-law Ivan Cutting and Doug Rodgers. Kent was born and raised on the family farm. He spent his whole life on the same family farm, raising cattle and goats. A Celebration of Kent’s life will be held on Saturday, August 16th at the home of Barb and Alan Babineau’s, 503069 Highway 89, Melancthon (look for the deer by the pond) from 1:00 – 5:00pm, with words of remembrance at 2:00pm.
