SMITH-McNABB, Jean Ruberta (nee Bailey), of Arthur passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family at the Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus on Thursday, March 23, 2017 in her 93rdyear. Beloved wife of late Percy McNabb (1967) and late Sterling Smith (2011). Cherished mother of Donald and Dorothy McNabb of Kenilworth, Douglas and Leona McNabb of Kenilworth, Louise and Bob Moore of Arthur, and Kathleen and Kevin Smith of Ariss. Dearest grandmother of David and Stacey McNabb, Danny and Sonya McNabb, Derek McNabb; Rhonda and Clinton Spindley, Charlene and Jamie Staken, Steven McNabb and his fiancé Tristin King; Adam Moore (Patricia); Angela Smith (Stephen), Jessica Smith and Alexandra Smith. Great grandmother of Taryn, Sierra, Ayven, Logan, Chloe, Cameron, Emma, Madelyn, Sophia, Isabelle, Mercedes and Dustin. Remembered by Glenn and Caroline Smith, Charlie Smith, Fred and Helen Smith, Wray Smith, Laura Bond as well as by her nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by her granddaughter Trudy Moore (1992) and parents Ferrier and Edna Bailey, sister Viola and brothers Howard, Bill, Charlie, Harvey and Norman. The family received friends at the Crawford Funeral Chapel, 243 George Street, Arthur on Sunday, March 26, 2017 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and at the Arthur United Church on Monday, March 27, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Rev.
