Passed away peacefully and on his own terms at home on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, surrounded by family at the age of 57. Beloved husband for 30 years of Linda Porter (nee Hart). Loved dad of Lesley Letson (Tim), Emmy Porter and David Driver (Lisa). Loving gramps of Kaedence and Ethan Letson. Dear brother of Jeremy Porter, Shane Porter (Corrine) and Shannon Porter. Also survived by his mom Janet Porter and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his dad James Porter (2021), his grand daughter Olivia Letson (2004) and many more loved one. Sandy very much cherished and loved his whole family especially his wife and children. He had a very complex and creative mind to fix or build anything except cars! He was an avid woodworker and thoroughly enjoyed his job as a heavy equipment operator at Walker. As per Sandy’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no service. A celebration of life will take place on September 10th, 2025, from 1pm-7pm at Palmerston Community Centre, 520 Cavan St., Palmerston, Ontario.
