After a long battle with cancer, Laurie died peacefully at the Louise Marshall Hospital on Saturday, November 15, 2025 in her 50th year. Beloved wife for 16 years to Brian Moyer. Loving mother of Tye Peppler-Vandenboom and MacKenzie Peppler-Vandenboom, and grandmother of Dimitri, Rosie, and Audrie. She will be missed by her brother Paul Peppler (Kim Douglas); mother-in-law Margie Moyer; sisters-in-law Debbie Shupe (Tom), and Tracey Cottingham (Steve); and by her first cousins Patsy Rodgers and Mark Wagler (Wendy). Laurie will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. Predeceased by her parents John and Sharon Peppler, father-in-law Harvey Moyer, and uncle Bill Geiger. Laurie enjoyed life, but above all, she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. Whether it be swimming in the pool, hanging out or spending the holidays together. She was very devoted to her family, always putting others before herself, and cherished all the moments and memories spent together. Visitation was held at the England Funeral Home, 294 Main Street South, Mount Forest, on Tuesday, November 18th from 6:00-8:00pm with parish prayers at 7:45pm. The funeral Mass was celebrated at St. Mary of the Purification Roman Catholic Church, 310 Parkside Drive, Mount Forest, on Wednesday, November 19th at 11:00am. Following, all were invited to the church hall for refreshments and fellowship. Private interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
