McIntosh, Heather Ann (nee Ladd); of Waterloo and formerly of Palmerston passed away peacefully at Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus on Monday, November 5, 2012 in her 61st year. Beloved Mother of Shaun and Dani McIntosh of Waterloo and Ryan and Cyndi McIntosh of Guelph. Dear grandmother of one grandson Mitchell. Fondly remembered by her many friends. To honour Heather’s wishes cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the Heritage Funeral Home, Palmerston on Thursday, November 8, 2012 from 2:00 p.m. until time of Memorial Service at 4:00 p.m. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Groves Memorial Hospital, Fergus or the London Health Sciences Center, Transplant Unit would be appreciated by the family.
