MAY, Laverne, Suddenly on November 18th, 2015 at his home in Fergus at the age of 69 years, Beloved husband of Gwen for 45 years. Will be dearly missed by his children Neisha (Bill) Hesselink and Brendan May. Loving grandpa of Alder and Mayda. Laverne will be remembered by other family and many friends. Predeceased by his parents Leslie and Ada. Visitation took place on Sunday, November 22 at The Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home, 280 St. David Street S, Fergus from 2:00 – 6:00 pm and one hour prior to the service at the church. A funeral service for Laverne took place on Monday, November 23rd, 2015 at Central Pentecostal church, Elora at 11:00 am. Cremation has taken place, burial will take place at McKee Cemetery at a later date.
