Suddenly and unexpectedly at home on Saturday, September 27, 2025 in his 71st year. Russell will be missed by his beloved wife of 37 years Janice Leslie (Atkinson). Loving father of Nathan Leslie and his wife Lauren and Justin Leslie and his wife Ashley. He will be missed by his grandchildren Noah Leslie and Dustin Wilson. He is survived by his siblings Douglas Leslie (Bridget), John Leslie (Rhonda), Brenda Richardson (Bryce), late Dave Leslie (Cheryl), Barry Leslie (Tammy), Elaine Landoni (late Brad), Anne Dobbie (Larry), late Marilyn Hall (Mark), and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He is predeceased by his parents Arthur & Marjorie Leslie. Russell could fix anything. He was a licensed machinist and millwright and could often be found in the shop fixing something for his family, friends, or sharing his knowledge with his boys. He enjoyed many years at the Silent Valley Trailer Park and will be sadly missed by all his friends. Visitation will be held at England Funeral Home, 294 Main Street South, Mount Forest on Friday, October 3, 2025 from 2:00 – 4:00 & 6:00 – 8:00pm.
