Of Palmerston passed away peacefully at her home, surrounded by the love of her family on Sunday, February 16, 2025 in her 66th year. Cherished mother of Stacey and James Cole of Palmerston and Stefanie and Bud Richardson of Clifford. Loving grandmother of Callie, Jocelyn, Claire and Caden. Dear daughter of Anna Marie (Espensen) Toner. Sister of Keith and Jane Toner, Karen Toner and Dave Grummett, Marlene and Neil Hamilton. Marilyn will be dearly missed by her nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles and many friends. Predeceased by her father Jack Toner (1996), sister Donna Toner (2011) and stepfather Frans Lichtenberg (2015). To honour Marilyn’s wishes cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the Heritage Funeral Home, Palmerston on Sunday, February 23, 2025 from 5:00 to 8:00pm. A celebration of life will be held at the Palmerston Arena on Monday, February 24, 2025 from 2:00 to 4:00pm with remembrances at 3:00pm. Spring interment in Palmerston Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations to the Palmerston Hospital Foundation MRI or Minto Foodbank would be appreciated by the family.
