JOHNSTON, William (Bill) Arthur, March 7, 1943 – September 30, 2016. It is with great sadness we announce Bill’s passing in his 74th year at his home in Alma with family by his side. Bill is survived by his loving wife Doreen (nee Bath) of 52 years and four children; Scott, Sterling, Steven, and Spring. Bill will be greatly missed by his five grandchildren; Jessica, Alysha, Eric, Piper and Cressy and great-grandson Lucas. During his career Bill worked on engineering projects which took him many places in the world including Cuba, Columbia, Pakistan and China. Cremation has taken place and a private family memorial scheduled. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Alzheimer Society of Canada appreciated.
