Cargo, Frances Rachel (nee Rawlings) – Of Guelph, passed away at The Village of Riverside Glen on Thursday, October 10, 2013, in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Ted Cargo (1988). Loved mother of Susan (William) Yates, Kathryn (John) Chris, and Laurie Cargo (Glen Froom). Loving grandmother of seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Dear sister of Elizabeth Maplesden and Vera Mattocks. The memorial service will be held at Barrie Hill United Church on Saturday, October 19, 2013. Reception to follow in the church hall.
