For nearly a decade, one of the scariest places to be in the weeks leading up to Halloween is the Palmerston Legion.
The Legion’s 10th annual Nightmare on Daly Street haunted house opens Oct. 19.
Nightmare on Daly Street is a 2,728 square foot walk-through dark “house” filled with scary live actors, special effects monsters and a 3-D “Carnevil” section.
A tamer version of the event runs Oct. 20 and 27 from 2 to 4pm. The full-scare scenario runs Oct. 19, 20, 25, 26 and 27 from 7 to 9:30pm.
Cost is $5 for adults and $3 for children aged five to 12.
