New Mapleton building inspector appointed
MAPLETON – The township has a new building inspector.
At the Feb. 28 meeting, council approved a bylaw appointing Tim Schwartzentruber as building inspector for the Township of Mapleton for the purpose of carrying out or enforcing regulations in accordance with the Building Code Act.
Through the new bylaw, council also repealed appointments to building and bylaw enforcement related positions dating back to 2014.
