Music centre gets piano
The Youth Music Centre here is the recipient of a Heinzman 5-foot, 5-inch Grand piano for one of its teaching studios.
The piano belonged to Mario Duschenes, who was a music educator, conductor, and flautist, and it was donated by his five children in his memory.
The Guelph Youth Music Centre also thanked local company Brian Kurtz Trucking Ltd. for its generosity in transporting the piano from Montreal to Guelph.
