MOUNT FOREST – Students from Rise Combat and Fitness in Mount Forest brought gold medals home from a Taekwondo tournament in Michigan on May 3.

Many members of Rise Combat and Fitness were crowned Canadian national kickboxing champions in Toronto between May 8 and 11.
