Mobile household hazardous waste depot moving to Belwood
CENTRE WELLINGTON – Wellington County’s mobile household hazardous waste (HHW) Depot is moving from the Harriston waste facility to the Belwood waste facility. The mobile unit will be there for the month of January.
Residents should allow for time at the beginning and end of every month to empty, move and set up the depot, officials note. In January, the depot will be stationed at 8585 Wellington Road 19 in the Township of Centre Wellington.
Hours of operation are Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 8am to 4pm. The service is open to all Wellington County residents. This excludes Guelph residents.
