Melville United celebrates 168 years
The public, as well as members, are invited to a tour of Melville United Church on May 26 beginning at 12:15pm.
The tour will include an opportunity to see the organ and its inner workings with organist and organ builder, Matthias Schmidt.
Historian Graeme Chalmers will include as his guest, “old” Andrew Melville to provide participants with some of the important history of the building.
Neil Dunsmore will take guests into some of the less known and hidden places deep within the historical building.
Admission to the tour is free.
People wishing to take the tour on May 26 should meet in the worship centre following the morning worship service, at 12:15.
