GUELPH – A Guelph man was arrested after several witnesses reported he was exposing himself and attempting to urinate on strangers last Friday night.

Shortly after 10pm on May 16, police received several calls about a man “approaching people downtown, trying to urinate on them and trying to grab women while touching himself,” Guelph Police stated in a May 20 press release. “None of them were physically injured.”

A 26-year-old Guelph man was charged with committing an indecent act and mischief.

“He was transported to the police station to prevent a continuation of the offences and has been released to appear in court June 27,” police stated.
