Kitras named Wellington-Halton Hills candidate for New Blue Party
CENTRE WELLINGTON – Stephen Kitras is the New Blue Party of Ontario’s candidate for the Wellington-Halton Hills riding.
Kitras has been a resident of Centre Wellington for 37 years, served on Centre Wellington council for two terms, from 2014 to 2022, and sat on the farm safety, social housing, economic development and safe communities committees in that role.
He ran for the New Blue Party in the 2022 provincial election but lost to PC incumbent Ted Arnott, who announced last year he won’t be running in this election.
Kitras is also the founder and owner of family-run Kitras Art Glass, which employs 20 people in Fergus.
