June is Seniors" Month
Seniors’ Month takes place every year in June across Ontario, and the Victoria Park Seniors’ Centre has many activities planned in celebration.
The sign up list for hearing screening assessments on June 20 is filling up so call now to book a free half hour appointment.
New members or those looking to join are invited to attend a new members talk and tour June 23 at 1pm. Enjoy refreshments, tour the facility and learn about the many programs and services available.
Also don’t forget to join the centre for fresh Ontario strawberries and toe-tapping music from talented guitar band, the Country Classics at their annual strawberry social June 24 at 2pm. The early bird ticket price is $6, cost is $7 after June 18.
The Victoria Park Seniors Centre is located at 150 Albert St. W., in Fergus.
