Invoices checked

Recreation  program coordinator Matthew Lubbers reported that revenues for 2008 have been accounted for, but that some invoices for expenses, mainly hydro and natural gas, are still being re­ceived.

Those invoices will be reflected in the 2008 budget during the financial report at the February parks and recreation committee meeting.

Bill Raynard asked about expenses at the Clifford library and the allocation of staff wag­es between the Harriston and Clifford arenas.

Lubbers is to investigate and present an update at the next meeting.

Councillor David Turton cited fiscal success at the Nor­gan Theatre and Palmer­ston Arena in 2008.
