Hospital foundation gets assist from Legion

Grant for hospital – The Mount Forest Louise Marshall Hospital Foundation (LMHF) was the recent recipient of a grant from the Royal Canadian Legion Ontario Provincial Command branches and Ladies’ Auxiliary Charitable Foundation. The grant, totaling just over $7,000, will be applied to the purchase of a nasolaryngoscope, a vital piece of health care equipment used in the surgical services department at Louise Marshall Hospital. “The LMHF is extremely grateful for the continued generosity of the Royal Canadian Legion in helping the foundation to support Louise Marshall Hospital’s commitment to providing excellence in local health care,” foundation officials state.
